Termco’s founding comes from the marriage of an ancient problem - fact checking (aka the Swivel) - and a very simple yet equally ancient ideal that once businesses agree on terms and effectively “shake hands” - no matter how complex or nuanced the terms are or how many pages the contracts may be - the terms of any business agreement should be automatically and flawlessly executed. With the intractable problem of the Swivel and the simple ideal in hand Termco’s founders set off on a 2+ year journey investigating the problem and working with various technologies to find the best ways engage a software that could simply and quickly confirm any billing event at scale.
