- Email and sample documents: anything you send to hi@termco.ai, including sample tickets or other documents you choose to share for review. Sample documents are used only to evaluate your workflow and produce your review findings.
2. Information collected automatically
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected as part of standard web hosting.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
3. Information stored in your browser
Your theme preference and any saved assessment summaries are stored in your browser’s local storage. Saved summaries stay on your device; clearing your browser data removes them.

- Anthropic: the AI provider behind the self-assessment chat; your chat messages are processed by Anthropic’s Claude models to generate responses

These providers are obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
