What counts as a document?
One ticket or one page. A 200-page scan of single-page tickets is 200 documents. A CSV row loaded from another system is one document. Reviewing, correcting, and reporting on a document never counts again.
What happens if we go over the limit?
Documents past your plan's limit are billed per document at the plan's rate: $0.35 on Starter, $0.30 on Growth, $0.25 on Scale. A busy month costs a little more and nothing stops. If the volume holds, we talk before the next month starts and move you to the plan that fits.
Is there a contract?
Plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Your data and configuration can be exported whenever you want them.
Is the sample audit really free?
Yes. Send 10-20 tickets, get findings within 48 hours, and decide from there. Nothing is owed for the sample.
Can we run a pilot first?
The first month of any plan is the pilot. We set up your processors and rules with you, run a real month of tickets, and you decide whether to continue.
